Refund policy

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery on unused, non-custom items. Custom orders, stickers, art prints, personal care products, and final sale items are not eligible for return. The items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging and free from any marks, wear, or damage.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

All approved returns are issued as store credit.
